CALLING ALL SINGERS IN THE VILLAGE OF HARLEM!!!
Salem UMC is calling all singers of all ages in the village of Harlem to be a part of the Salem Community Choir!
Rehearsal/gathering will be on Saturdays at 11:00am at Salem UMC, 2190 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd at the corner of 129th Street. For more information please call the church office at 212-678-2700.
SALEM BELL CHOIR
Rehearsals are held on Tuesdays from 5:45pm-8pm at Salem United Methodist Church and on Saturdays from 11:45am to 2pm at Church of the Good Shepard.
GRAB AND GO MEALS
We would like to call your attention to our new service times of our Grab and Go Meals. In partnership with The Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce and Rethink Foods NYC, our new service times are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. beginning at 10:30am until the supplies are exhausted.
Salem Food Pantry – Grab and Go Groceries: Fridays 11:00am – 1:00pm at the Salem Community Center, 211 W. 129th Street

2 Corinthians 9:7 says, “As everyone purposes in his heart, so let him give, not grudgingly or of necessity. For God loves a cheerful giver.”
Here at Salem UMC we have six ways to give:
- You can go to our website, salem-harlem.org, go to the upper right corner, and click on the “Giving Tab.” Then, click on the “Give Now” blue button.
- The SecureGive app lets users make their giving on-the-go. Simply download the app using either your Android or Apple device and search for “Salem United”.
- You can also give by using the QR code that is showing on your screen right now. Open the camera on your smartphone and simply scan the QR code with your camera. You will see a prompt to follow that connects you to our giving page.
- You can also make donations through Cashapp. Please send your donation to $SalemUMCHarlem and add your name and email address in the “For” section so that we can send you an annual tax deduction letter.
- US MAIL
Please make checks payable to Salem UMC and send them to Salem UMC 2190 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd., NY, NY 10027 - IN-PERSON: Our church offices are open during the week and you can bring your offering to the church during regular business hours. You may also give right now! Please pause to prepare your offerings at this time. The Salem UMC ushers will come to each aisle to direct and collect your donation.
